Host a screen in your venue and earn from it
If your shop, cafe, gym or clinic has a TV — or a wall where one would fit — Blicify can turn it into an advertising screen. We supply the player box, and a TV too if you don’t have one; venues that use their own TV earn a higher commission. We bring the advertisers and sell the slots; you supply power and internet.
What hosting a screen involves
Four steps, and only the first one needs you at a keyboard.
- 01Tell us about the venueThe form asks for a business name and a contact name. Venue type, foot traffic, opening hours and where the screen would go are optional — and they are what we read when deciding.
- 02We pair the player to your screenA small player box drives the TV. Plug it into the TV and into power and it shows a pairing code; we enter that code against your screen from our side. Nothing to install, no code for you to type.
- 03The screen goes on saleA screen only sells once a player is paired to it and we switch it on. Each screen carries thirty ad slots, booked like any other screen on the network.
- 04Bookings start earningCommission accrues on the bookings that run on your screen. Your rate, and every venue or screen you earn on, is listed in the partner portal.
We email you and notify you in the app when your application is decided. Being approved and being attached to a screen are two separate steps, and the second one starts the earning.
What you look after, and what we look after
Hosting comes down to a wall, a plug and a line. The player downloads each ad and plays it from its own storage, so a brief Wi-Fi drop does not blank the screen — but a box left unplugged stops playing, and the playback record counts nothing while a screen is dark or switched to another input.
Who does what
| Your venue | Power and internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), and a spot for the screen. Already have a TV? We use it, and your commission is higher. |
| Your venue | Somewhere people actually look: a queue, a counter, a waiting area, a cardio wall |
| Your venue | The screen on, and on the right input, through your opening hours |
| Blicify | The player box, and a TV if you need one |
| Blicify | Pairing the player to the screen, and the setup behind it |
| Blicify | Finding the advertisers and selling the slots |
| Blicify | Reviewing every ad, scheduling the loop, recording what played |
The kinds of venue already on the network are on where the screens are.
You are not asked to run any advertising
Nothing on the sales side lands on you. Advertisers choose the location, upload one video file and pay us; we check it before it goes near a screen, schedule it into the loop and record what played. No inventory to price, no creative to chase, nobody to invoice — the buying side is all on the advertisers page.
Ads run 15, 30 or 45 seconds and play silent — audio is stripped on upload — so the screen never competes with your room or your staff. The one control you keep is over who is notallowed on it: your own trade is normally blocked from the start, so a nail salon’s screen refuses nail-salon ads, and you can ask from the Screens tab for another category to be blocked too. That is a request rather than a switch — it keeps running until someone here approves it.
How your earnings work
The Earnings tab shows three numbers, and they are not three views of the same money.
A running balance
Everything you have ever earned, minus everything already taken out. It still counts what is held, so it is not a wallet.
Inside the dispute window
Commission is held for 60 days after each booking charge, because an advertiser can dispute a charge in that window. It releases month by month, and we tell you when it does.
What you can take today
The only figure that governs a withdrawal. Convert it to ad credit, or send it to your bank.
Your rate is set by us rather than haggled over in the app, and the portal prints it against every venue and screen you earn on. A new rate applies to future bookings; past months keep the rate in force at the time. The portal is not a second login either — it is an extra capability on the account you already have, with its own Overview, Screens, Earnings and Payouts tabs.
Getting the money out
Two routes draw from the same available balance. Converting to ad credit is instant, needs no setup and has no minimum, which makes it the sensible exit for a balance too small to be worth a bank transfer — but credit never turns back into cash, so convert only what you will really spend.
A bank cash-out runs through Stripe: you confirm your identity and bank details on Stripe’s own page, we never see or store your account or routing number, and the money lands a few business days later. It sends your available balance, up to the per-payout cap shown in the portal, where the minimum is shown too. Once bank details are in, earnings go out on their own about once a month unless you turn that off.

New sign-ups are paused at the moment. The partner application sits behind an account, so these two channels are the way in.
Useful first message: what the business is, how many people come through, and whether the TV is already up. Other ways to reach us are on the contact page. Already hosting with us? Sign in — the partner portal is on the same account.
