Talk to a person at Blicify

Two channels, and both reach the same team — the people who price a bundle, check an event date and read a venue application. Nothing you send has to be routed or triaged before somebody who can answer it sees it.

If you already have an account, the routine work lives in the dashboard: uploads, review outcomes and renewals all happen there. Write to us for the decisions a page cannot make on its own.

Which one to use

Both land with the same people. They are simply good at different things, and picking the right one is most of what decides whether a first message turns into an answer or into a thread.

EmailAnything with detail in it — a list of cities, a run of dates, a venue address. It travels at any hour and leaves a record both sides can quote back.
CallAnything with a clock on it — an event date about to be taken, a quote you need today, a screen that has stopped doing what it should. The line is open Mon–Sun, 9am–6pm PT.

No mail app on this device? The form further down reaches the same team, and the reply comes back by email.

What to put in the first message

One reply instead of four depends almost entirely on this. The two sides of the network need different things from us, so what we need back from you is different too.

Venues

If you have a screen, or a wall for one

  • Your venue type and the city it is in
  • How many screens the space could host, and the wall each one would go on
  • Opening hours, and the kind of foot traffic a weekday brings
  • A contact name and a number we can reach you on

Those are the details an administrator weighs when a venue is reviewed, so sending them up front takes a whole round trip out of it. Host a screen covers what happens next.

Advertisers

If you want your ad on the screens

  • What you sell, in one line
  • The cities you want to be seen in
  • The venue types your customers actually sit in
  • Your dates — when you want to start, and anything fixed you are building toward

Please do not attach the video. Creative goes up through the upload flow, which checks the file against the spec before it can reach a screen, and a person approves every ad before it plays. For advertisers has the file requirements.

Send us a message

For when writing an email is the hard part — a shared computer, a phone with no mail app set up. What you send here reaches the same team as the two channels above, and the reply comes back by email.

The checklists above count here too: a first message that already carries them is the one that comes back with an answer rather than with questions.

Anything with a clock on it is still a call. A message waits until somebody opens it; the line is open Mon–Sun, 9am–6pm PT.

Name, email and message are required.

This is where the reply goes, so it is worth a second look for typos.

Only if you would rather talk it through on a call.

Bulk and event bookings: call us

These are the bookings worth a phone call rather than an email, because all three end in a calendar check that is faster out loud than in writing.

A bundle puts one creative across a set of screens — a whole venue, a city, or a hand-picked list — booked together and priced as a package. A volume buy spreads across screens by necessity, because any one screen carries a fixed number of slots, so it gets planned rather than checked out. An event is date-bound: we check the dates, the venue and the QR before anything runs, and two events can share a screen as long as they do not share a day.

Bring the scale, the cities and the dates to the call and the conversation can get to the screens that actually fit, rather than the ones that merely happen to be free.

Getting an account

New sign-ups are paused at the moment. The register page shows that state rather than a form, which makes the email address, the phone number and the message form above the only doors in at the moment.

Tell us what the account is for — advertising, hosting a screen, or both — and we will open one and send you the sign-in details.

Worth reading before you write

Most of what a first email asks is already written down. Arriving with those questions settled makes for a much shorter conversation, and a faster one.
