Blicify Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last Updated: October 15, 2026

Blicify respects intellectual property rights and expects advertisers to do the same.

If you believe content displayed or hosted through Blicify infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint.

Report a copyright issue using our online form, or send a notice by email or post using the contact details below. You do not need a Blicify account to submit a complaint.

1. Copyright Notice

A copyright complaint should include substantially the following information:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
  • identification of the Blicify advertisement or material you believe is infringing and enough information for Blicify to locate it;
  • your name and contact information;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

2. What Blicify May Do

After receiving a sufficiently complete complaint, Blicify may:

  • investigate the complaint;
  • temporarily pause the advertisement;
  • disable access to the disputed material;
  • request additional information;
  • notify the advertiser who submitted the material; or
  • remove the material where appropriate.

3. Counter-Notification

If your material is removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification must include:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the removed material and where it previously appeared;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address, and telephone number;
  • the required consent to federal court jurisdiction; and
  • your agreement to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original complaint.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will promptly send a copy to the person who submitted the original complaint and restore the removed material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after we receive it, unless that person first notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

Send a counter-notification to legal@blicify.com or to the postal address above.

4. Repeat Infringers

Blicify may suspend or terminate accounts of advertisers who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly submit unauthorized copyrighted material.

In appropriate circumstances, Blicify will terminate the accounts of advertisers who are repeat infringers.

5. Other Intellectual Property Complaints

For trademark, publicity-right, impersonation, or other intellectual-property complaints that are not copyright complaints, contact:
